Special Strat
This is the beginning Fender Squier SE Special pack with the SP-10 Amp worth the money?
I am a beginner, only been playing a couple of months, and I want a electtric guitar, I looked and found some of it, I wondered if it was a good guitar for me is this guitar sound good? is it normal size?, how good are the pick ups?, but most of all what is the quality of the amp? Will it clear sound, the more volume is? Does distortion? otherwise be a distortion pedal on her in a bad way? the amp can handle it? and I ask all of you who want to meet at least have a good amount of experience and may have tried or own one of these guitars.
Hello, The Squier Start is an straight guitar for a beginner. I do not think the starter pack, or starter pack is a good buy. I think the amp is a small firm waste of money. I think he's a lousy speaker and the sound that makes you thin and metallic. I do not like any small practice amp for the same reason. The guitar is straight. Of course, this is not the same quality as the guitar a Fender American Start or even the MIM Fender Start Standard. This is a beginner guitar at a lower price. It does not compare well to the high end Fender Strats. But it does compare well against other beginner guitars lower price other brands. As a beginner guitar at a lower price, the Squier is a good beginning guitar. The pickups are all right. No cheap guitar has a great microphones. The amp is another story entirely. I do not like the sound of them. Most beginners underestimate the importance of the amp and speaker in the way they will fire. You do not sound as good as your speakers, regardless of the guitar you play. Instead of the small practice amp, consider buying a used 1x12 combo amp. Used because you can get a better amp for the money you spend. A combo amp is the place where the amplifier and speaker are in the same cabinet. 1x12 means it has a 12 inch speaker. I never heard a speaker in an ugly 1x12 Fender, Crate, Peavey, Vox, Marshall or Line 6. If I had to recommend an amp for a beginner, it woud be the Line 6 Spider 1x12 combo 30 watts. It is easy to use. It has some built-in effects such as reverb, distortion, delay and chorus, you may not need to base effects pedals. The speaker a 12-inch Celestion your decent and handles distortion very well. It is not expensive new. You can usually find a used one on the market at an attractive price. Since you http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mIgTHZBxz00&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HayfSt8LldE&feature=related asked my experiences. I started playing guitar in 1957. So yes, I have some experience with guitars and amps. Always in the last year I gave guitars and amps to 5 nephews and 2 neices so I have a sense of common beginner guitars. I still play and I build / modify guitar as a hobby. Later,
