Display Limited

How do I get my HDTV screen the same as the left side of the full-motion demo 1080p on the screen?

My new HDTV (pn50b860) has a feature called 1080p full-motion demonstration where he shows half the screen normally and the other half of the screen shows the movement quite clear. I hope to see it all the time, but understand if limited to a game or Blu-ray. Thank you for the help!

I work in television and with all HD formats and different specifications. (1080p, 720p, 1080i) television broadcast will never be full 1080p, it can not be. The reason why it can not be because only a 1080p TV can display 1080p, if you have a native 720p TV, you would not be able to see anything. The networks and cable networks would disseminate in both 1080p and 720p or 1080i, which would not make sense, it will not be a channel of 1080p and 720p then a channel of the same. Try watching a bluray player set 1080p on a 720p native HDTV, you will not see anything. All that talk of Full HD 1080p is a marketing ploy to sell TVs that people believe they receive "the absolute best quality" when in reality, unless you have a bluray or PS3 or Xbox 360, 1080p does not mean anything. Not to mention that there is not much noticeable difference, you would not be able to tell between 1080p, 720p, 1080i or in any case.
