can i get store credit at Guitar Center for an opened software synthesizer?
I just brought an 25 Analog Experience software synth and i really regret it. First off; Guitar Center says that if you registered the software you cannot returned but....registering the software IS required to launch the program so i had to do it. In addition, the USB midi controller does not work, period, i tried everything and still dont work, the program works fine but the controller does not respond. And finally, i really don't like analog synth sounds anymore, i know it was a mistake, but i really don't want to keep something i won't use. I'd like to get at leas a store credit to get something else like a guitar pedal, but i don't know if that would be possible.
I'm pretty sure that Guitar Center has a no returns policy on any opened software, not even for store credit. It's pretty cut and dry with that sort of thing.
