Ibanez makes guitars are fantastic built like rocks, sound and are often more pleasant than instruments costing twice as much. I'm the one in your question last time I was in a guitar shop and was amazed at how he played and sounded. The neck is super thin and easy to navigate, the action is really low, and there are plenty of audio options available with humbuckers. It does not hurt that the high arch, it is beautiful and very comfortable to play. Frankly, this guitar is a modern masterpiece. And vibrato did not screw up the agreement, whether that was a feature impressive (I had problems with almost all tremolos). I am a big fan of Ibanez instruments and currently has Ibanez electric four, two acoustic and a bass that I bought used 25 years ago. I also have Fender guitars, Gibson and Rickenbacker, but Ibanez's are my go-to guitar for both recording and live shows. Their sound is consistent, they are designed with attention to detail, and none of them never gave me a moment of trouble (which can not be said for the others). And my brother, who owns a recording studio and many instruments upscale regularly asked to borrow my Ibanez for the sessions because he knows they are trouble and his own will. If you have played guitar and, like him, you can not go wrong at this price. Frankly, it would be worth twice as much! Good luck and enjoy your new guitar, what either you decide!
