long legs ..... What to do?
I skated and did karate when I was younger, and my legs are really paying for it. I run and surf and I'm feeling good, but my legs are really muscular and even though I'm 5'6 "I'm always short and stocky, because they are so big. Are there Learning Exercises I can do to make them lighter and more?
