advantages of multiple distortion/overdrive pedals?
hey I've seen a lot of pro guitarist's pedalboards and they seem to always have 3-5 or even more distortion pedals. What exactly would you do with all of them, gain stacking? different gain levels like a multi-channel amp? Please explain in detail thank you.
they use different pedals for different tones. used together would sound like crap.
