Guitar Setup Help Please!?

I have a washburn 333 model guitar, This guitar WILL NOT stay in tune and the strings set HIGH above the neck, when i hold down the top string in the 12 fret it rattles, it has a Floyd rose lic tremolo on it....PITA!!!! I was hoping to replace it
if i replace this will it help with the rest of these problems??

Floyd Rose huh... yep.. major PITA.

Fixed bridge can be a do-it-yourself job, but with a floating trem, I'd take it to a tech.

Now, you can check to make sure the neck is aligned properly, may have to adjust the truss rod. If that is not the problem, check your bridge height. So, the neck first, then the bridge. Should help quite a bit.

As far as the tuning, make sure the nut is locked good one you are able to get it in tune. If you don't have a locking nut, or locking tuners... your screwed.
