Why do I get electric shocks from my PC case?
When I hit the corners at the back of my PC case (which is all metal) I get a tingling electric shock is slightly painful. This occurs only when the power cable or the monitor is connected in Should I be worried?
Perhaps your own feed. They are relatively cheap to get a new one. Make sure you get the correct size and power.
