We get a lot of questions like this on here and the truth is that most of a guitarists tone comes from their fingers! You can take 10 great guitarists, and give them the same amp and guitar, and they will all sound like themselves!

To get a close approximation of that sound you will need to use what is commonly referred to as a "scooped" midrange. Essentially it takes almost all of the midrange out of the signal (turn the mids way down!) Set the distortion to about 7-8, low about 6-7, mids about 0-3, high about 5-6, season to taste.
