Alternative to mink oil, for treating fine leather boots?
rather not use this by-product of the fur industry !

leather is a by-product of food:
minks spend their lives in tiny wire mesh cages to be skinned for an unnecessary decadent status symbol ~ their bodies mixed with saw-dust & fed to their caged off-spring !
There are silicone based products on the market.
