a little help on this algebra 9th grade? ?
Suppose you are helping to prepare a large meal. You can peel 2 carrots per minute. you need 60 cores. How long do you take to finish if you already peeled carrots 18? I am a little confused and teacher did a horrible job teaching us today ... Plz help!
this is what you do: 1) dividing the amount of carrots you need by the time it you. it will be 60 / 2 = 30 2) then you see how long it took you to peel the carrots 18 which was 9 minutes 3) when you subtract 30-9 = 21 you take 21 minutes to peel carrots 60 hope this helps!
