What is the difference in construction between a stratocaster style single coil and a P-90?
Is there such thing as a Stratocaster single coil sized P-90 for the bridge position for my Stratocaster?
P-90's are a type of single coil pickup. They're not humbuckers. I know they have single coil sized humbuckers but i wnat to know if they have strat single coil sozed P90s.

They don't make P-90's that will replace a Strat single coil. The standard P-90 is a single coil, slightly smaller than a humbucker, but larger than a Fender single coil. It has about 2000 more turns of wire than a Fender single coil, one of the reasons it's larger. If you had a HSS Strat, you could replace the humbucker with a P-90.....but why would you want to?
