Is a Floyd Rose a better tremolo and will it keep your guitar in tune, definitely. However, your guitar has a Fat 10 tremolo system which has a much smaller route than a Floyd Rose. The purchase and installation of a Floyd Rose will cost far more than your guitar costs to buy new. A new Floyd Rose costs around $200 and the installation of the Floyd Rose as well as a locking nut will run you another $200. In the end, you will have a cheap guitar with a good tremolo system. Its more efficient to just buy a new (or used) guitar that already comes equipped with a decent double locking tremolo. Check out the Ibanez RG350, or any of the models higher than the 300 series. You can also take a look at Dean, ESP/LTD and BC Rich for some affordable guitars with double locking tremolos.
